The Academic Outreach Library Services document delivery service is available to students enrolled in courses offered off-campus or via distance education (and not residing locally) through the Division of Academic Outreach. Requests are processed within 24-48 hours and material is sent via UPS, U.S. mail, fax, or electronically. There is no charge for this service. However, students are financially responsible for returning books to AO Library Services.
