Article Requests: Students can submit their own interlibrary loan requests for articles from journals not available at the University of Illinois or at the Library of the Health Sciences-Urbana and receive them electronically. Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery (ILL/DD) processes all requests for material not available on the Urbana campus. Patrons are notified via email when the article has arrived and how to access it. ILL services are accessed by patrons via theirNetID and password. Requests for material available on-campus will not be processed by the ILL/DD office. Please refer to ourRequesting Materialspage for information and a link to the request form.
Book Requests: If material is unavailable at the University of Illinois or at an I-Share member library, Outreach Library Services will not be able to request it via interlibrary loan (due to ILL borrowing policies).
