Academic Outreach staff are available to help you with a variety of questions on programs, registration, tuition and fees, financial aid, and technical support for online courses. These are a few of the ways our staff can help:
- Answering general curricular questions; guiding students toward courses that fulfill degree requirements
- Troubleshooting if a student has trouble submitting assignments, is unable to reach an instructor, access course templates, etc.
- Serving as liaison between students and academic departments, financial aid, student accounts, CITES, and other campus service units.
- Field student’s registration and tuition and fee assessment questions
