Areas of Specialization: Infrastructure Management Systems, software user support and training

I joined Conferences and Institutes (C&I) in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at Eastern Illinois University. In 2006, I will complete my Masters of Education with a specialization in training and development from the University of Illinois.

I work primarily at the Technical Assistance Center, a specialized entity affiliated with C&I. My specializations include client support and training related to engineering software developed in partnership with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL).

Recently, I have taken a more active role in coordinating professional conferences and seminars on campus. I enjoy these opportunities to work with University faculty and staff and look forward to expanding my professional specializations.
