If the conference has not yet begun, or is still in progress, please visit the conference Web site for contact information. If the Web site is no longer active, or you cannot locate the necessary contact information, please contact the Division of Conferences & Institutes by phone (217-333-2880 or 877-455-2687 toll free), or email (conferences@ad.uiuc.edu).

If the conference has already ended, please contact the Division of Conferences & Institutes using the information above.

If you are prevented from attending your conference, or are concerned about whether your conference will be postponed or canceled due to natural disaster, or other emergency event, please contact your C&I Program Director immediately. If you are unable to reach that person, please contact the Division of Conferences & Institutes by phone (217-333-2880 or 877-455-2687 toll free) or email (conferences@ad.uiuc.edu) as soon as possible.

Information for C&I Staff:

Decisions to postpone or cancel conferences due to natural disasters, or other emergency situations will be made by the Program Director and planning committee, or conference sponsors. If such a decision is made, it is the responsibility of the Program Director to notify the Office of Continuing Education and particularly, the Division of Conferences & Institutes staff along with the front office receptionists, so that any questions they may receive can be answered swiftly and correctly.

In the event that an emergency situation occurs on our campus and a Program Director is not present, a list of all upcoming C&I programs, along with faculty contact information can be found in the OCE Emergency Preparedness Supply Kit. Faculty Contacts for all current or upcoming programs that may be effected, should be contacted as soon as possible.
