Information for C&I Staff:
Decisions to postpone or cancel conferences due to natural disasters, or other emergency situations will be made by the Program Director and planning committee, or conference sponsors. If such a decision is made, it is the responsibility of the Program Director to notify the Office of Continuing Education and particularly, the Division of Conferences & Institutes staff along with the front office receptionists, so that any questions they may receive can be answered swiftly and correctly.
In the event that an emergency situation occurs on our campus and a Program Director is not present, a list of all upcoming C&I programs, along with faculty contact information can be found in the OCE Emergency Preparedness Supply Kit. Faculty Contacts for all current or upcoming programs that may be effected, should be contacted as soon as possible.
