Options and Pricing
GARDEN/OUTDOOR EVENTS
Outdoor events may be reserved in one of the following three-hour time slots:
9 AM–12 PM | 1–4 PM | 5–8 PM.
Because other parties may be using the same area on the same day, all activities (including pictures and decorating) must begin and end within the chosen three-hour time slot. If an event requires more than three hours, an additional three-hour time slot must be reserved and paid for. All outdoor events in the gardens at Allerton (unless spons
ored by Allerton) must end by 8 PM, due to security and safety concerns (unless prior approval has been given).
Events may be held anywhere on the grounds of Allerton Park except at the Sun Singer (due to its popularity among Allerton visitors and the complexity of blocking the road and paths). Tents are allowed in all locations except the Formal Garden areas.
The following outdoor areas are our most popular locations for weddings and special events:
♦ Sunken Garden (maximum capacity 500 chairs)
♦ Brick-Walled Garden (maximum capacity 250 chairs)
♦ Pathway to the Brick-Walled Garden (maximum capacity 200 chairs)
♦ Fu Dog Garden (maximum capacity 250 chairs)
♦ Meadow (maximum capacity 500 chairs)
♦ Gate House Lawn (maximum capacity 500 chairs)
♦ House in the Woods (maximum capacity 350 chairs)
♦ Annual Flower and Butterfly Garden (maximum capacity 100 chairs)
♦ Peony Garden (maximum capacity 50 chairs)
♦ Courtyard outside of the 4-H Campgrounds (maximum capacity 600 chairs)
♦ Avenue of the Chinese Musicians (maximum capacity 75 chairs)
We also offer an exclusive House in the Woods Ceremony, Reception, and Accommodations Package that includes the following:
♦ Ceremony on the House in the Woods front lawn; Allerton chairs provided
♦ Reception on the House in the Woods side lawn; Allerton tables and chairs provided
♦ Overnight stay at the House in the Woods, the evening of the event, for the bridal party
♦ Chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne in the Bridal Suite
♦ Continental breakfast for the bridal party at the House in the Woods the following morning

MANSION/INDOOR EVENTS
Wedding ceremonies at the Allerton Mansion can be held in any of the locations below. The second floor of the Mansion is not included in the rental
unless guest rooms are reserved in conjunction with the event. The Mansion may be reserved in three- or six-hour time slots, and the cost varies based on the day of the week.

♦ Terrace (maximum capacity 50 chairs)

Catering

Allerton caters all indoor and outdoor weddings and special events held at Allerton. A variety of food and beverage packages are available, as well as à la carte pricing. Allerton can also create a customized menu for your special event.
Our most popular options include cocktail and hors d’oeuvre receptions, buffet meals, dessert receptions, champagne brunches, and attendant luncheons. Please contact our Wedding Coordinator for a complete list of options and menus.
