Reservation Policy
Allerton will hold a tentative reservation for a single date for two weeks. After two weeks, a deposit and signed reservation agreement are required to confirm space. Deposits are equal to the cost of all facility rental fees. Overnight guest rooms may also be available for you and your guests for the duration of your event. Access is available two hours prior to the event and one hour following the event for your vendors. 
The facility rental fee for the Allerton Ceremony Package includes the following:
♦ Designated site rented for chosen time frame
♦ Coordination with our on-site wedding coordinator
♦ Allerton chairs for the ceremony ♦ All setup and clean up of Allerton items and items rented
through Allerton
♦ Parking

Additional ceremony and reception items can be obtained to suit your needs (additional fees may apply). Examples include:
♦ Archways (pre-decorated or plain)
♦ Chocolate fountains
♦ Floral arrangements
♦ Podiums and tables
♦ Tents
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, Allerton retains the full deposit amount. If the cancellation occurs within 45 days of the reserved date, 50% of the estimated balance will be due in full. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by fax, U.S. mail, or e-mail.
